I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have been a registered yoga teacher since 2015. My background as a clinical psychologist is reflected in my teaching, which emphasizes individual autonomy combined with inclusion and community. I am especially passionate about teaching yoga to beginners, restarters, older yogis, and anyone else who thinks they can't do yoga!
